Eliminating the symptoms is not the priority. What really matters is the root of the problem and it is in this sense that we apply ourselves to each patient, treating him as an individual.

It was through passion that I came to the end of my training in Osteopathy, I started working in clinics located in the Algarve since 2008 and in parallel I opened my Clinic of Integrative Medicine in Tavira in 2010, Spiralis.

I use several therapies to help and relieve my patients. My sessions last from 45 minutes to 60 minutes in general. Everything depends on the pathology, some require 90 minutes of treatment.

​

I adapt myself to those who seek me and their problems, without forgetting the essential medical bases that allow to respect the limits of Osteopathy. It is how I commit to ensuring your safety during treatment.

 

There are many professionals and techniques. Our hands and our levels of perception are all different.

 

Therefore, the possible apprehension about joint crackling techniques or Trust movements can be dispelled.

With respect to your reluctance and any contraindications, I use more often the so-called soft techniques, where the body "adapts" without tension on your part. I always work well on tissues, fascia and respect your body.

​

I concentrated my practice on Cranial Osteopathy because it gave me many answers and explanations about my treatments as well as many results, going further in the cranial and fluidic field.

​

At Spiralis you will have a gentile service, but in spite of being gentile, whoever comes knows that it “moves”, that “works very deeply” in all layers of tissues, not just in the joints… so who is looking for a “cracking” session in 15 minutes, do not count on it.

​
